I recently lost my father and our 13-year-old dog, so I wanted to give my mother something that could keep their memories close. This beautiful Smart Locket was perfect.
It stores up to 9 photos or 1 short video, and the content is easy to upload through the TOTWOO app. The gold-tone Tree of Life design is beautiful, and the gift-ready packaging makes it a thoughtful present for someone special.
Hello,
Thank you so much for sharing this touching review. We are deeply sorry for the loss of your father and beloved dog, and we are truly honored that our Smart Locket could help keep their precious memories close to your mother's heart. 💛
The Tree of Life design was created exactly for moments like these — love that endures. Wishing your family comfort and healing.

These are super cute, comfortable and esthetically pleasing. While there are some moments that the notifications don't seem to work, very rare occasions. (I only notice when he's sitting next to me and attemts to do a reply and mine doesn't receive the notification)
I quite love the abilities though.
Hello,
We were so happy to read your absolutely lovely feedback 🥰
To make sure the notification function runs smoothly all the time, we kindly suggest you double-check that all required permissions for the TOTWOO App are fully enabled on your phone. Occasional unstable network connections may also cause rare notification delays occasionally.
If you ever run into any similar little issues later, do not hesitate to reach out to our customer service team directly, and we will help you troubleshoot right away. Thank you again for your warm support! ✨

This isn't my first ToTwoo product, as I've previously ordered a few of their touch lockets. For my Wife and I, but also for friends as holiday gifts. The touch bracelets are awesome because you can touch and send a little "buzz" to a loved one no matter how far apart you are. Those bracelets are always good quality (sometimes the bands could be improved), so I expected the same of the locket.
The concept behind is great. Being able to have a picture in the locket that you can change is really a great idea, and it's not as hard to use as you might think. It's more durable than some of the bracelets from the brands are, little chance of it getting easily broken. But the interesting thing is that the price is actually about the same as the touch bracelets. And yet you're able to display a picture with this one. Definitely worth investing in. And such a great gift as it's memorable, unique and beautiful.
Hi there,
We are so happy to read your warm and detailed feedback about our lockets and bracelets 🫂.
We are glad you love the the customizable photo design of the locket, and we will keep working on optimizing the bands and all details to bring you even better experience ✨.
Thank you again for your sincere support💛.

I really like that this locket allows you to personalize it with your own pictures and videos. The locket itself is very pretty with a jewel embedded in the front and an easy open side. It only took me a couple of minutes to get the images loaded into the locket. Just download the app on your phone, pic your photos, and the app will send the photos to the locket. The locket itself charges with a USB-c cable, and the documentation says a charge should last 8 -10 days. The locket is about the size of a half dollar, and the chain is a reasonable length. I like that I can put up to 9 photos on it, which is great if you have a large family or lots of pets.
Dear Customer,
Thank you so much for sharing this such detailed, heartfelt feedback 🤍
We are absolutely thrilled that you love our modern twist classic locket, and found the photo uploading, USB-C charging and 9-photo storage features so easy and pleasant to use.

This locket is such a neat idea and a modern twist on a traditional keepsake. I love being able to store special photos and videos through the app instead of being limited to just one picture. The Tree of Life design is beautiful, and the necklace feels very meaningful and personal. It would make a thoughtful keepsake for preserving favorite memories.
Dear Customer,

I've always loved sentimental things, especially when they hold a memory of somebody or something that means the world to you. This locket takes that old-fashioned idea and gives it a modern twist. Instead of being limited to a tiny printed photograph, it's designed to store pictures and videos through an app. The vintage gold finish and Tree of Life design give it a beautiful, traditional appearance, which I really like. I can imagine keeping pictures of my children, grandchildren, or beloved animals close this way. There's something especially sweet about combining modern technology with the timeless idea of carrying your loved ones near your heart.
