Yes. You can update or replace the photos, short video, or AI moving memory anytime through the TOTWOO app.

Your memories are private and only accessible through your connected TOTWOO account. Photos, videos, and AI memories are securely transferred and are never shared publicly.

Can I preload the Smart Locket before gifting?

Yes. You have a few ways to make the locket ready for your recipient: Option 1: Receive it yourself first You can have the locket shipped to you, use the TOTWOO app to add your memories, and then give it to your recipient. You can upload up to 5 photos as a slideshow, add 1 short video, or create 1 AI moving memory in the app. Option 2: Ship it directly to your recipient and add memories yourself You can also ship the locket directly to your recipient and use the TOTWOO app to add memories before they open it, so they can see the preloaded content when they receive it. Steps to Upload Memories for Pre-Creation: After placing your order, download the Totwoo app from the App Store. Open the app and go to Me (Personal Center). Find “Customize Locket” at the bottom. Upload the photos or short videos, or AI-generated animations. Review and submit your content. Done — your memories will be prepared for your locket ✨
