No. Once synced, memories play on the locket without a phone or Wi‑Fi.
Can I prepare the locket before I give it to her?
Yes. Ship it to yourself and add your memories in the app, or choose the optional photo preload service.
Can the photos be updated after I give it to her?
Yes. She can update her memories through the free TOTWOO app, with the locket nearby for Bluetooth syncing. Memories cannot be sent directly to the locket from another location.
What memories can it hold?
Up to 9 photos and 1 short video together. The video plays first, followed by photos in the order you choose in the app.
Is there a subscription fee?
No subscription is needed for photo, video or message updates. Each account includes 10 new AI Moving Memory creations; replaying them does not use another creation.
How do I charge it, and how long does it last?
Use the included magnetic USB cable. TOTWOO lists up to 300 views per charge; battery life varies with use.
