Also, make sure the app runs continuously in the background and that you have a strong Bluetooth and internet connection.

In addition, check your phone settings. Enable Background App Refresh for TOTWOO and turn on notifications for all TOTWOO options. You can also navigate to the 'Me' page in the app and click on 'How to Stay Connected' for detailed setup instructions. Usually, the bracelet can automatically reconnect after a disconnection as long as all these permissions are enabled.
