The two wearers can be anywhere with internet access. Each bracelet must stay connected by Bluetooth to its wearer’s phone, typically within about 3 m / 10 ft.
Do both people need the app?
Yes. Each wearer needs the totwoo app active, a Bluetooth connection between their phone and jewelry, and Wi-Fi or cellular data.
Can we set them up while apart?
Yes. Setup can be completed while apart as long as both people have internet access and follow the pairing steps in the app.
Does the price include two bracelets?
Yes. The products featured here are sets of two bracelets. Select a pair to check its included accessories, available options and delivery details on the product page.
Can we send the bracelets to two addresses?
Separate shipping is available for the Sun & Moon pair with an additional shipping fee. Check the separate-shipping instructions on the product page before placing your order.
