These necklaces are honestly really nice in person. The design is sleek and modern, and they don’t look cheap or gimmicky like I was half expecting from a tech-style jewelry product. The sun and moon set is really cute, and both necklaces feel lightweight and comfortable to wear. My boyfriend and I tested them out and had a lot of fun with the touch feature. It’s actually really sweet being able to send a little tap/vibration to let the other person know you’re thinking about them throughout the day.

Comfortable to wear but not waterproof. Setup was straight forward using 2 cell numbers with the app installed. I love the ability to send love signals and reminders through the bracelet, which helps me feel connected to my partner, even when we are far apart. I thinknit works like a text that only shows through light or vibration on the bracelet. The elegant design, with options for both men's and women's styles, is amazing. There are several models and jewelry designs to choose from that all perform the same function.

I got me and my daughter two bracelets to use because she was struggling with going to her dads for over nights. We wore the bracelets and it seemed to help her feel closer to me. We originally got the candy bracelets which the piece can pop out to change bands. After we’d had them around 7 months- give or take, the piece was popping out very easily. Well it popped out while she was in a ball pill with her dad. She was so upset. I had bought insurance on it so went to use that but found out it did not cover lost or stolen items. I decided to reach out to totwoo directly just to ask since the piece was popping out kinda easily. They got back to me within maybe an hour! They quickly worked with me and before I know it they’re offering me a full refund so I can buy her one that do not pop out. The whole time- they got back with me incredibly fast, so kind. So helpful. They were willing to even sell me one bracelet from one that only came in a two pack. I have not seen a company have this kind of outstanding, above and beyond customer service. My family and I will never buy a different brand of any touch products. We’re totwoo for life. Only thing I now ask Totwood- make more products haha! I want to someday get the touch lamps but I don’t want a different brand. If love it if y’all made the lamps too!

We ended up with the beaded moon bracelet. It is SO gorgeous. Stunning, really. They out great care into this bracelet and you can tell. I told my daughter to I want the beaded moon one now 😂 you can tell it’s made wonderfully. They work well. Just keep the app open. Sometimes it may not connect so we just disconnect and reconnect. Easy peasy. It’s so nice to be out and have it vibrate and flash knowing the other person is saying they love you. It makes it where my daughter can touch it and see here vibrate and flash from me touching mine. So even when she can’t call or is busy or whatever- she can still hear from me and know that I love her!

To finish- amazing and wonderful products and a company that stands behind their products AND not only knows what customer service is but they go above and beyond what is expected of them for their customers. Out family loves Totwoo and their products!!!

We really love all of the functions of the bracelets, and the associated app, which allows us to send quick daily messages with vibrations, different colors for different messages, daily reminders, and a lot more. These products really helps us feel connected when being apart.
While these technologies and app have so many useful functions, the instructions only show basic steps to set up these products, without guiding through all of the potential functions. Furthermore, the vibration of the bracelets only work when both of the apps (on my phone and her phone) are open/ or have to keep the in-app background open. The hooks on the chains make them hard to be worn by yourself.

I got a pair for my youngest daughter & I for Mother's day. It worked great until it was time to charged for the 1st time about a week later. One of the bracelet wouldn't charge so when I contacted Totwoo and after a few email exchanges I got another being sent out to me. My daughter really love the concept of this being able to alert me when she's thinking of me. wish I knew about this when my husband was alive so they could have a set. She's annoyingly waiting for the bracelet to come in cuz during school she can't use her phone to alert me that she's missing me. Hopefully the replacement will last longer. If I didn't get a lemon I would given full stars

Works as described and me and my girlfriend love it, we are about to be on a long distance for a year and that’s the way to stay in touch all the time. Only down side is that the bracelet goes off when the iphone is receiving a call. Also if you close the app the bracelet goes into offline mode and it’s getting disconnected. Besides that, work perfect ! A lots of customization you can do to match tour taste. !

My boyfriend made it OFFICIAL!!!! IM OFFICIALLY HIS GIRLFRIEND!!! I'm so excited to share my boyfriend supervised me with the tattoo bracelet for me and him to tap away at our love for one another. The app is so cool it shows our horoscope, love the yes or no tap is we ask if he should take it to work , it said no and I was thinking the same thing. I love this gift because one of my love languages is physical touch and the distance be killing me inside so this is a nice way of getting that physical touch I be craving from him. It's a little but I'll take it if the man I love is far away and is sending vibrations to me to let me know he cares about me and loves me!

I got these for my long distance girlfriend and we absolutely love them. Not only are they fashionably cute, but I just love the concept so much.
