Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email, letting you know your items have left our warehouse. Details about the items contained in the shipment as well as a tracking number are included in the email. To track your package, simply click onto the link provided. Please note that sometimes it takes the shipping company 24 hours to update the status of the shipment and your tracking link may not work immediately.

Delivery Time= Processing Time + Shipping Time
For every piece in our collection, the estimated processing time is listed on the product page. Add the processing time to the shipping time for an estimate as to when you will receive your order.
Once your order is processed by our logistic partner, you’ll get an email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel until it’s delivered!
Orders may take up to 24 hours to leave our warehouse. Please remember that shipping only happens during business days and not over weekends or holidays.
