How do we send a touch? Do we both need the app?
Yes—each person needs the totwoo app on an iOS or Android phone, connected to their jewelry by Bluetooth. Keep both phones online and the app running in the background with its connection permissions enabled.
To send a touch: touch to blue, then touch again before the light goes out.

You can live in different cities or countries, as long as each piece is connected through its own wearer’s phone and internet. Each piece has a touch connection with one person at a time; unpair the current connection before pairing with someone else.

Totwoo’s current touch-jewelry account FAQ lists no monthly account fee. Your mobile provider’s data charges may apply.
Account FAQ ↗How do we check the fit, charge and care for them?
Sizes and chain lengths vary, so check both wearers against the selected product’s measurements. Depending on the style, battery life is about 3 days or 3–5 days. Battery life varies with use and settings. Use the matching supplied cables, and remove the jewelry before showering or swimming.
Care guide ↗What’s included? Does the gift edition include the box?
The featured pairs include two pieces of touch jewelry and two USB charging cables; power adapters are not included. Holiday Gift Edition sets include the gift box, bag and card shown with that selection. Regular pairs have their own packaging, so check your chosen product before ordering.
What about delivery, returns and two different addresses?
Delivery timing and costs depend on the product and destination; confirm the options at checkout. Split shipping is available for pairs with an extra fee—follow your selected product’s instructions. Returns require authorization within 30 days of receipt and unused items in their original condition, with packaging and accessories; exclusions apply. For a change-of-mind return, you pay return shipping and taxes.
